- 2 -3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil
- 1/2 small crushed garlic clove
- salt (alot)
- basil
Recipe
- 1 seed the cucumber. chop the cucumber and tomatoes into uniform pieces. add oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic (start out with very little and add to taste), salt, and a little basil to enhance the flavor; not to cover it up. enjoy!
