Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 cup halved green seedless grape
- 1/2 cup low-fat orange yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 combine all salad ingredients in a serving bowl, mix well.
- 2 combine dressing ingredients; whisk to blend thoroughly.
- 3 pour dressing over salad and mix well.
- 4 refrigerate for several hours.
