Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 hardboiled egg, coarsely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 stir together the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl; gently stir in eggs.
  • 2 add more mayonnaise if needed for desired consistency.
  • 3 cover and chill 4 hours or up to 2 days.
