Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried mint
Recipe
- 1 stir yogurt until smooth.
- 2 add cucumber, salt, and garlic.
- 3 garnish with mint.
- 4 normally eaten with pita bread. enjoy!
