Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar or 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 store in refrigerator. shake well before serving.
