Chickpeas Salad With Black Olives

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chickpeas
  • 6 cherry tomatoes (chopped into quarters)
  • 1/8 cup black olives (chopped into quarters)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt (optional)
