Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine all salad ingredients in bowl, except cashews.
- 2 mix all dressing ingredients.
- 3 toss salad with dressing.
- 4 add cashews immediately before serving.
