- 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 cups peas
- 1/2 cup chopped red radish
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, whisk together tarragon, salt, oil and vinegar.
- 2 pour over peas and radishes. toss gently to coat.
