Hot Chicken Salad

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds; mix well.
  • 2 spoon into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  • 3 cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
  • 4 sprinkle cheese over casserole.
  • 5 top with almonds.
  • 6 bake, uncovered an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • 7 enjoy!
