Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds; mix well.
- 2 spoon into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
- 3 cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
- 4 sprinkle cheese over casserole.
- 5 top with almonds.
- 6 bake, uncovered an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- 7 enjoy!
