Hot Chicken Salad

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh breadcrumb

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserold baking dish.
  • 2 top with bread crumbs.
  • 3 bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 4 this dish freezes well after baking.
