Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
- salt and pepper
- fresh breadcrumb
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserold baking dish.
- 2 top with bread crumbs.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
