Kumama's Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (shelled and unsalted (optional)
- 1/2 cup purple onion, diced fine
- 8 slices crisp bacon
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (cider vinegar tastes best to me)
- 1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine broccoli, raisins, onion and bacon. in separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until well blended. pour over broccoli mixture. refrigerate until served.
