Kumama's Broccoli Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (shelled and unsalted (optional)
  • 1/2 cup purple onion, diced fine
  • 8 slices crisp bacon
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (cider vinegar tastes best to me)
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine broccoli, raisins, onion and bacon. in separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until well blended. pour over broccoli mixture. refrigerate until served.
