Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 stir together lemon zest. lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 2 whisking continually, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
- 3 serve on salad.
