Lemon-garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 stir together lemon zest. lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 2 whisking continually, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
  • 3 serve on salad.
