Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk together first 5 ingredients.
- 2 gradually whisk in oil until completely blended. cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
