Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 onion
- 1 celery
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
Recipe
- 1 boil the eggs until they are hardboiled.
- 2 cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
- 3 add the onion, finely chopped, the celery, finely chopped, the mustard powder and mayonnaise into the bowl with the eggs.
- 4 mix until blended.
- 5 chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
