Ingredients

- 1 lb mushroom, fresh and sliced
- 2 bunches green onions, finely sliced
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose greek seasoning (i use cavender's)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large serving bowl! keep refrigerated until ready to eat!
