- 1 cup cilantro leaf
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 add the first five ingredients to the blender or food processor and puree until chopped add the yogurt and sour cream and blend until smooth, adding as much salt and pepper as you like.
