Hot Bacon Dressing (for Spinach Salad)

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 slices bacon
• 2 tablespoons minced onions
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

• 1 in skillet fry bacon until crisp then remove bacon and reserve bacon grease.
• 2 crumble bacon over fresh spinach.
• 3 add minced onion to bacon grease and saute over medium heat about 3-4 minutes.
• 4 add remaining ingredients and saute for about 1 minute.
• 5 pour hot dressing over spinach and toss, mixing well.
• 6 serve immediately.
