Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise (i use hellman's)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup crushed potato chips (i use ruffles)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
- 2 pour into a shallow, buttered 2-quart casserole.
- 3 combine cheese and potato chips and spread on top.
- 4 bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
