Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (i use hellman's)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup crushed potato chips (i use ruffles)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
  • 2 pour into a shallow, buttered 2-quart casserole.
  • 3 combine cheese and potato chips and spread on top.
  • 4 bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
