Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 1 stewed whole chicken (meat only)
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and celery in margarine.
- 2 add all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- 3 place in a casserole.
- 4 sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
- 5 bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
