Hot Chicken Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
  • 1 stewed whole chicken (meat only)
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions and celery in margarine.
  • 2 add all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
  • 3 place in a casserole.
  • 4 sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
  • 5 bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
