Hot Chicken Salad

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 4 cups celery, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 teaspoons chopped onions
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can french-fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together except for cheese and french-fried onions.
  • 2 place in grased 9x13 pan.
  • 3 sprinkle with french-fried onions and cheese.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
