Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups jicama, peeled, julienne cut
- 1 1/2 cups bell peppers, julienne cut
- 4 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
Recipe
- 1 combine vinegar, oil, sugar, vinegar, chili powder in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
- 2 add jicama, pepper, and orange.
- 3 toss gently to coat and chill until ready to serve.
