Lemon Pesto Buttermilk Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup basil pesto
• 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together in an airtight container in the fridge, up to one week.
