Ingredients
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 green onion
Recipe
- 1 slice the roma tomatoes and spread them out on a plate or tray.
- 2 crumble the goat cheese and arrange on top of and beside the tomatoes.
- 3 drizzle a small amount of balsamic vinegar on the tomatoes and goat cheese.
- 4 finely chop the green onion and sprinkle on the plate.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
