Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, oregano, and cumin. whisk to combine. gradually add olive oil, continuing to whisk briskly.
- 2 serve over chilled salad greens.
