Herbed Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, oregano, and cumin. whisk to combine. gradually add olive oil, continuing to whisk briskly.
  • 2 serve over chilled salad greens.
