Hot Chicken Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shedded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1/2 cup shedded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
  • 3/4 cup potato chips, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except the chips in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • 2 top with potato chips.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 30 to 45 minutes.
