Low Fat Mousseline Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • 2 chill.
