Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup no-sugar-added maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine carrot, raisin, celery and pecans.
- 2 in small bowl combine mayonnaise and syrup. add to carrot mixture and mix gently to combine.
- 3 cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
