Ingredients

- 3 ounces lemon jell-o gelatin
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup cucumber, minced
Recipe
- 1 dissolve jello in hot water. add sour cream and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer.
- 2 add salt, lemon juice and cucumber. place in a 9 x 9 pyrex dish and chill until firm.
