Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced or 1 tablespoon dried dill
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients except the dill.
- 2 puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- 3 stir in the dill.
- 4 cover and mellow in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
