Frozen Pineapple Salad...good Use For Those Muffin Tins!

Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
- 2 cups pineapple yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or your favorite)
Recipe
- 1 blend cream cheese and sugars, beating well.
- 2 add pineapple and yogurt.
- 3 spoon into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tray.
- 4 sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- 5 cover and freeze until firm.
- 6 remove from freezer about 10 minutes prior to serving.
