Frozen Pineapple Salad...good Use For Those Muffin Tins!

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 2 cups pineapple yogurt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or your favorite)

Recipe

  • 1 blend cream cheese and sugars, beating well.
  • 2 add pineapple and yogurt.
  • 3 spoon into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tray.
  • 4 sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • 5 cover and freeze until firm.
  • 6 remove from freezer about 10 minutes prior to serving.
