Creamy Cilantro-lime Dressing

• 1 1/3 cups sour cream
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine
• 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (or more to taste)
• 2 limes, juiced
