Lighter Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and mix well;chill.
  • 2 delicious over romaine lettuce or spinach.
