Ingredients
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream
- 1 ounce lemon juice, and zest
- 1 elephant garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients and mix well.
- 2 chill till ready to serve.
- 3 serve on salad, as a sandwich spread or a dip.
