Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, beat yolks lightly.
- 2 add honey, lemon juice, salt and butter.
- 3 cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 chill.
- 6 just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
- 7 use to top fresh fruit salad.
