Ingredients

- 8 potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup cream
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Recipe
- 1 boil and mash potatoes.
- 2 heat the salad oil, add the garlic& fry until golden brown.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 4 add to the potatoes.
- 5 mash until creamy and fluffy.
- 6 serve without delay.
