Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 cups fresh cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 red onion (cut into thin rings)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients & mix well.
- 2 place in refrigerator and let stand overnight.
