Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 english cucumber
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 green onions
- 1 fresh lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 purée all ingredients with 3/4 cup water in a food processor until smooth.
