Healthy Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 3 kiwi fruits
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 whole fresh pineapple
  • 2 -3 cups strawberries (sliced)

Recipe

  • 1 you simply cut everything up into bite size pieces allowing all the juice to fall onto the fruit in the bowl,especially juice from the mango seeds.
  • 2 toss in a bowl and enjoy.
