My Spinach Salad

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (6 -8 ounce) bags spinach (washed)
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
  • 6 -8 slices bacon (crispy)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 cook sauce to a rolling boil for 1 minute--then refrigerate.
  • 2 pour over salad when ready to serve.
