- 2 (6 -8 ounce) bags spinach (washed)
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
- 6 -8 slices bacon (crispy)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 cook sauce to a rolling boil for 1 minute--then refrigerate.
- 2 pour over salad when ready to serve.
