Creamy Cilantro Dressing (south Beach Diet Phase 1)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together all ingredients. season to taste with salt and pepper.
