Healthy Homemade Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (real is best)
  • 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • 2 refrigerate to bring the flavors together.
  • 3 enjoy!
