Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (real is best)
- 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 2 refrigerate to bring the flavors together.
