My Tasty Potato Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup pickle juice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups pickles, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel and dice potatoes to 1 inch cubes.
- 2 cook potatoes till done.
- 3 drain and let cool. (putting in fridge or freezer and stirring occasionally will speed process).
- 4 stir ingredients together and season to taste.
