Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup low-fat ranch dressing or 1 cup bleu cheese salad dressing
- 3/4 cup frank's red hot sauce
- celery rib
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken breasts with 1/4 cup of the hot sauce until completely cooked. then shred the chicken.
- 2 mix cream cheese, remainder of hot sauce, and dressing all together.
- 3 fold in the chicken.
- 4 spread into 9 inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
- 5 bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 6 serve warm with celery ribs.
