Low Fat Buffalo Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup low-fat ranch dressing or 1 cup bleu cheese salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup frank's red hot sauce
  • celery rib

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken breasts with 1/4 cup of the hot sauce until completely cooked. then shred the chicken.
  • 2 mix cream cheese, remainder of hot sauce, and dressing all together.
  • 3 fold in the chicken.
  • 4 spread into 9 inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
  • 5 bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 6 serve warm with celery ribs.
