Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons very finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs kohlrabi, peeled and shredded (about 4 cups)
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
- 2 add kohlrabi and carrots and toss to mix.
