Low Fat Fruity Balsamic Vinaigrette

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup currant jelly (or raspberry, cranberry, blueberry, cherry preserves)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl except for salt and pepper. season to taste. serve over your favorite salad greens.
