Ingredients
- 2 large lemons, juice
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
Recipe
- 1 add all except the oil to food processor or blender. while running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
- 2 serve immediately or place in glass container and refrigerate.
