Lemon Vinaigrette

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 large lemons, juice
  • 1 shallot, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 add all except the oil to food processor or blender. while running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
  • 2 serve immediately or place in glass container and refrigerate.
