- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook, peel, and dice potatoes.
- 2 place potatoes, cheese, onions, mayo, salt, and pepper into greased baking dish.
- 3 sprinkle bacon on top.
- 4 bake for 1 hour at 350°f.
