Green Goddess Salad Dressing By Dave

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tablespoons chives, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, diced fine (option)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (to taste)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend together well. it should have a very lite green color. store, sealed in the refrigerator for a day before using. the flavors will blend and improve with time.
- 2 serve it on the salad of your choice. works especially well on seafood and seafood salads.
