Green Goddess Salad Dressing By Dave

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 tablespoons chives, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, diced fine (option)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend together well. it should have a very lite green color. store, sealed in the refrigerator for a day before using. the flavors will blend and improve with time.
  • 2 serve it on the salad of your choice. works especially well on seafood and seafood salads.
