Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat, free or 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat, free or 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 .in a small bowl, mix all ingredients well. cover and refrigerate over night if possible.
