Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups sauerkraut (27oz. can)
- 1 cup celery, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- 1 1/3 cups vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 wash and rinse sauerkraut. wash again. add celery, onions, and green pepper. mix oil, vinegar and sugar together; pour over vegetable mixture. let stand overnight. keeps in refrigerator for several days.
